The detailed working process of the PCB recycling machine is as follows:

Dismantling: 

If there are electronic components with your waste circuit boards, a PCB dismantling machine can be used to remove them first.

Shredding: 

Due to the characteristics of large size and certain hardness, waste circuit boards cannot be processed directly. A double-shaft shredder is used to shred waste circuit boards into small pieces for easier disposal.

Crushing: 

The 3D animation video of the E waste circuit board recycling equipment demonstrates two steps of crushing. The first crusher is hammer head crusher, which crushes the small pieces into smaller ones. The second crusher is hammer crusher, which further breaks down the smaller pieces into small particles. Sieving: 

After the crushing process, an eddy-vibrating screen is employed to control the size of the particles. The eddy-vibrating screen consists of two layers with a screen inside. Conversely, smaller particles pass through the screen and proceed to the next step.

Electrostatic separation: 

The final step of the PCB recycling machine is electrostatic separator. This electrostatic separator takes advantage of the different conductivity of metals and non-metals in a closed high-voltage magnetic field to separate them.
